Rajat Parr—esteemed sommelier, wine director of The Mina Group, and co-owner of Domaine de la Côte and Sandhi—knows a thing or two about the food and wine of Santa Barbara wine country. Throughout the evening, Raj takes our taste buds on a journey around the world: grapes from Burgundy, grilled avocados and fresh wasabi from California, Mexican-inspired kati rolls from India, and 80-year-old apple brandy from Normandy—all from this picturesque coastal region.
