AIOps explained, custom fields

In this video, Zane and Fred discuss how you can add extra fields to the event management part of IBM AIOps. The scenario shown is where we have custom fields in Netcool/OMNIbus that we want to map over to AIOps via the Netcool Connector. Custom fields are used widely in all kinds of contexts. Also included in the video is how to link these new fields to AIOps policies and Runbooks.
