Today I'm reviewing RŌNIN, the samurai-inspired tabletop RPG built on the acclaimed MÖRK BORG engine. Set in the cursed land of Kage no Shima, a world trapped beneath an eternal eclipse, RŌNIN combines deadly combat, honour-based roleplaying, Japanese folklore, and brutal old-school adventuring into one gorgeous package.

Players take on the roles of forgotten ronin, samurai, shinobi, onmyoji, monks, yakuza and other wandering warriors as they battle terrifying yokai, restore their honour, and carve their legend into a world consumed by darkness.
