Hi loves! After work I tried Pilates for the first time at @tg_floral for their flow & flora yoga and Pilates series. The instructor is @buscandov.da and she’s amazing.
Overall, the class definitely challenged me and peaked my interest more into Pilates.

Dinner with my Soror was so good at St. Roch in Raleigh, NC 🩷💚

My workout set is an old set from @Fabletics
I’m also enjoying @KerastaseUSA chronologiste hair line because it focuses on aging hair cells.
And the body wash I used was glow getter by @Naturium
I love how moisturizing it lives my skin.
