I was visiting my friend in Cefalu, Sicily, and filmed a special night when they hired a private chef to come and cook for them. They had rented a villa from Massimo Villas Collection who offer all sorts of different activities. This was one of them! We had a lovely meal and even got involved in the preparation of the food. We learned how to cook fish, steamed and smoked and ate Pasta all Norma, named after a Puccini opera.
