Critical Emergency Support for Frontline Communities in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine

Dear friends,

On Monday, April 6, Ukraine Aid International and our German colleagues Help 4 Resilience Ukraine Aid delivered critical emergency support to Donetsk Oblast: two fire trucks and one ambulance for frontline communities that continue to endure daily Russian attacks.

The delivery took place in Oleksandrivka, where one fire truck was donated to the local municipality. Another fire truck was provided for Kramatorsk, currently the largest city in unoccupied Donetsk Oblast and the temporary regional center, while Donetsk remains under occupation.

We also delivered an ambulance for a local clinic, helping strengthen emergency response where every minute matters.

For communities living under the constant threat of drones, glide bombs, cruise missiles, and artillery, this kind of technical support is not optional. It is essential.

These vehicles help save lives, respond to fires, evacuate civilians, and keep local services functioning in places where resilience is tested every single day.

We are deeply grateful to our partners, donors, and everyone who makes this work possible.
Because of our shared effort, Ukrainian communities can keep standing strong, recovering from attacks, and holding on to hope for peace and rebuilding.

Thank you for helping us deliver aid where it is needed most.

With gratitude for making last-mile aid possible,
Ukraine Aid International
