Calorie counting vs ketogenic diet! Which one is better?

In this video we are going to be covering calorie counting versus ketogenic diet.
Many people say that the calorie counting is the only thing that works and it is fully scientific. Then you have the ketogenic diet people and these people are saying that calorie counting is a scam and that if you are on a ketogenic diet than you don't have to count calories.
I was 110 kgs about 2 years ago. I actually lost purely by counting calories over 20 kgs. This is about 45 pounds. Then I gained some of it back and started to have a really really hard time with calorie counting.
I was a food restriction for months and I couldn't feel like I can continue with calorie counting. And then I was just braking the diet and braking the diet. And I was all the time eating a lot and my weight just started going up and up.
So I need some change and this is when I came across water fasting and the ketogenic diet.
One thing that really kept my attention is that the ketogenic diet suits the body better than the modern diet which is full of carbohydrates this is due to the evolution of our brains and digestive systems.
I immediately wanted to test this diet. So I started eating keto and on the ketogetic diet. I did keep a log of what I was eating and I was having 3000 calorie days and my weight was not changing. And guess what my weight was not changing.
So i tried counting calories but still being on the ketogenic diet. And guess what I started to lose weight. Something really interesting happened. I started really not being hungry and it was a breeze to not eat or over eat. It got to the point that I can skip meals and I don't even notice that I didn't eat.
So this became the sweet spot for me and it became so so so easy to diet and to lose weight that i feel like it is the holly grail of dieting.
