Fire engulfs Spanish clubs previously flagged for closure
Two nightclubs in the southern Spanish city of Murcia, devastated by a recent fire, had previously been ordered to close a year ago.
Local authorities revealed that one of these clubs lacked the necessary operating permits.
Despite this, it's unclear why the venue remained open.
Tragically, the fire that erupted early Sunday claimed 13 lives.
Officials are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
