After Happy Valley, I went looking for other projects by the brilliant Sally Wainwright and the magnificent Sarah Lancashire, which, of course, led me directly to Last Tango in Halifax.

I love this show’s emotional depth, its humor, and its charming subversiveness. And Caroline and Kate, who make such a wonderful couple. This vid deals with the challenges they face in their struggle for love and acceptance.
