Ranking LPS Popular Characters

For today's video, I decided to rank some LPS Popular characters on a tier list, giving my opinion on who is the worst and who is the best. I had a lot of fun doing this, so I hope that you all enjoy it too! I was actually supposed to have two lists in this video, but it turned out too long.
