Shane Griffin is probably the fastest parkour speed climber in the world. This is a compilation of all his best climbing so far! Shane is one of the longest running members of the Ampisound team, and is now mostly known in the parkour community for his speedy climbing ability. Shane is a professional parkour athlete, working as a course tester for Ninja Warrior and Ultimate Beastmaster, along with stunts in various movies.

The movements in this video are performed by a professional athlete in a controlled way, Shane has over ten years of training. We strongly advise anyone wanting to get into parkour to seek out their local parkour academy and get tuition from experts.
