Transmitter Setup - SWT POSITIONS BEFORE FLIGHT (Devo F7 - Mode 2 transmitter)

Radio at the Off position.

1. Hold switch - POS Hold (value can be set in menu)
2. Gear SWT - POS 0 (can be used to trigger flight timer & video record with optional DV04 camera when switch selected to position 1. UP & Down Key Pad may also be used to initiate/stop flight timer)
3. Aux - N/A (used for optional gimbal...etc)
4. Mix SWT - POS 0 (Should be in this position for takeoff - Manual position)
- POS 1 (GPS Hold / GPS flight)
- POS 2 (RTH...used to initiate Return Home Function)
5. D/R SWT - POS 0 (left in this position unless parameters set up as required)
6. FMOD SWT - POS 0 (IOC function at position 1 if parameters set up that way)
7. Left Stick - (Throttle) Must be in FULL DOWN position to initiate the binding process prior to turning on radio.
8. Right Stick - (Elevator) Self Centered
9. Trims - usually at 0 unless trim adjustments required for stability (adjustments can be made only when radio is on)

Others may have slightly different setup depending on their transmitter & flight requirements.
