Took about 6 attempts. Tip is to practice the normal fight against Varg at the end of the first Hermes Fortress quest. I practiced until I could get to Varg's second phase 3 times in a row with limited healing.

I ended up getting too greedy in some parts and that's how I got hit 3 times. Could've been hitless but it is what it is.
