Strengthen lower back and prevent back injury,
In this video, you will learn two great standing l4 l5 disc bulge exercises. Disc bulge exercise can be safely done when supervised by a therapist, doctor, or chiropractor. These exercises are suitable also for L5 S1 disc bulge exercises. One of the exercises show is great for relieving nerve pressure and irritate from posterolateral disc bulges / disc herniation. L4 L5 disc herniations can be extremely painful, with pain in the lower back, gluteal / buttock region, or even down in the leg and foot. The other exercise shown here is great for strengthening and stabilizing the lower back multifidus muscle.
