Walk-In Cooler Warm, Refrigerant Leak Repair

Walk in cooler is warm, I have signs of refrigerant oil on the receiver and a empty sight glass. Because of the age and condition of the cooler a judgement call will need to be made on what is worth repairing and what is mandatory for reliable operation.
