After watching a beautiful sunset driving along rice fields in Cagayan Valley... I crossed over into Ilocos Norte, and found myself waking up to a stormy day!

It was a bit gloomy out, but that certainly added this powerful feeling to the surrounding coastlines! Yes, this was a stormy Philippines day, but it was full of happiness adventure...

AND A LOT OF WINDMILLS!
