Astral Projection Hypnosis Fractionation Method | OBE Guided Meditation for Beginners

This astral projection hypnosis uses fractionation, a hypnotherapy technique, to relax the mind-body and separate the physical and astral self. This version is purposely faster paced to prevent the listener from falling asleep. As the session progresses, pauses get longer, as you are relaxed then elevated in turn.
