Introduction to EnerPHit Standard for retrofitting buildings to Passive House Standard

In this video, we introduce the EnerPHit Standard for retrofitting buildings to Passive House Standard. EnerPHit is the Passive House Certificate for retrofitted buildings, developed by the Passive House Institute (PHI) for retrofits due to challenges in achieving the Passive House Standard of new constructions when retrofitting existing buildings. We discuss the benefits of EnerPHit and how to achieve the required EnerPHit standard, including the use of PHPP and the steps required in retrofitting buildings.
