Mango Puttu and spicy egg roast
1 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup water

1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 to 5 ripe mangoes pieces
First mix coconut, salt and sugar then add mango pieces
Then add 1 cup rice flour ( puttu podi )
Mix everything really well , add more water , if the rice flour mixture is dry .
Then steam the mixture as seen in the video
For spicy egg roast
2 cup sliced onions
2 tbs Kashmiri chilly powder
1 tbs chilli paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp masala powder
Salt
Sugar
Coconut Oil
Method
Saute onions until softened, then add masala’s, saute until rawness goes , add water if you prefer gravy , after adding water boil on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes, garnish with curry leaves, now add boiled eggs
