10. Singapore
It is very hard to draw a border when the whole island is called Singapore. There are few cities with more skyscraper counts but considered less than Singapore due to this advantage.

9. Guangzhou, China
The city that attract wholesalers around the globe to get their supplies of china-made goods. When this video is published, it has as many as 101 skyscrapers with CTF Finance Centre lead the height in the city.

8. Chongqing, China
It's amazing despite located in the middle of China, it could surpass much well-known Guangzhou in terms of skyscraper counts albeit only by four. But it still lost to Guangzhou on city's tallest building height.

7. Shenzhen, China
Guangzhou nearest sister which located 30-minutes travel in high-speed train. With so many supertalls, it highest building, Ping An Finance Center almost become city's first megatall but too bad the spire is not allowed to be installed.

6. Chicago, Unites States
Along with New York City, these was a area of skyscrapers in 20th century. Although no longer as hot as Asia skylines, its well-maintained and arranged buildings a lot more pleasant than some bigger city skylines.

5. Shanghai, China
If you ever look at comparison between Shanghai especially Pudong area today and 30 years ago. It's so astonishing how much China has grown once Deng Xiaoping made economic reform.

4. Tokyo, Japan
In legal term, Tokyo is actually megalopolis that hold several cities inside them. However since it is much simpler to recognize Tokyo to foreigners than let's say Minato or Koto, so Tokyo have same advantage as Singapore.

3. Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Dubai may be 'only in third place in contest for building higher than 150 meters, but for a minimum 300 meters category, building count is off the chart!

2. New York City, United States
Poor old World Trade Center,a twin-ish towers that was terrorized and collapsed along with WTC7. Anyway, it remains America's best manifestation of capitalism in western hemisphere lead by 11 Freedom Tower also known as World Trade Center One.

1. Hong Kong, China
Thanks for being isolated from China PRC, along with other Asian tigers, it's economy flourished and 317 skyscrapers its a proof of that.
