We caught a SAME DAY flight to Cape Town

What would be worse - to remember that time you 'nearly' did something super risky but potentially epic, or to remember that time you actually did (with no guarantee you wouldn't live to regret it)?

Obviously for anyone with common sense the latter is far worse. For Vic and I, however, this is our story...

We were sat in a cafe in Bali editing footage when we met this friendly Safa bloke called Tristan. After a lot of banter and him bigging up his own backyard, he tells us he's about to fly back home to for an epic road trip with his two best mates. Three hours later we found ourselves rushing to the airport with him to get on a 12-hour flight and jump in a car with his two friends (who we had never met before) on a road trip on the other side of the world. This could have turned out a lot worse. (We did have friends in South Africa on standby in case!)
