sem-ai migrates a real CI pipeline from GitHub Actions to Semaphore — no YAML written by hand. It reads the existing workflow (lint + test matrix across 3 Go versions and 2 OS), writes the Semaphore equivalent, adapts the matrix for Linux agents, and leaves the GitHub Actions file untouched so both pipelines run in parallel. When the first build fails on a bad checksum, it diagnoses the issue and pins the linter version on its own. Green build in ~40 seconds. That's sem-ai by Semaphore.
