ROCK'S HERBED CORNISH HEN MARINADE

We are preparing Rock's Herbed Cornish Hen Marinade for Rock's Herbed Grilled Cornish Hens. The marinade is a combination of French Herbs de Provence, peppers, and seasonings. The Cornish hens are marinated overnight, charred on the grill, then covered and finished in the oven. I discovered this oil while working my flights to Paris; carting those heavy bottles home every week became exhausting,...so I decided to create my version.
