How to tighten or adjust the Sunpak Mini Box Bi-Color Vlogging Kit light/tripod so it isn't loose

Tools needed: 1) Size 15 Torx screwdriver 2) small flat-head screwdriver or similar tool for prying.
This particular brand of light-tripod may arrive really loose and when you open it you'll be all like "what the heck, bro?" Just violently pop off the two useless plastic caps to access the screws beneath them. Hand-tighten them using a screwdriver with a size 15 six-sided head ("torx head" or "star head"). I didn't even need to tighten it a full 360 degrees when I did it.
The black plastic caps do give some resistance and it isn't immediately clear which direction to apply the force. Just try different sides of the cap until you see it start to separate from the tripod. Then get in touch with your inner rage demon and pry it all the way off like you're some kind of human-wolf hybrid.
