Two arrested after elementary students ate gummy bears from fentanyl-laced bag

Parents in Amherst, Va. were outraged when they learned at least seven students at Central Elementary School consumed gummy bears from a bag that was laced with fentanyl. Clifford Dugan and Nicole Sanders were arrested and face felony charges, including contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
