Simple Self-Treatment Exercises for Upper and Mid Back Pain Relief

This is for people who need back pain relief. Particularly the shoulder blade or rib cage. It also will help people with tension in their shoulders.

Here's the program when I'm in pain:

1. Spine roll (perpendicular roll) 10 times
2. Right side rib roll 10 times
3. Left side rib roll 10 times.

If I'm not in pain, I'll just do each 3 times, to stay loose. Hope this helps you!
