In the video on screen TAB here's a slight mistake on the C chord at 2:10 where the bridge starts. The 0 on the D string(string 4)should be a 2. Same for the second bridge.

'h' = hammer on
'p' = pull off
'/' = silde up

You can alter video settings to slow down the speed, which may help if you're learning the song (click the cog symbol on the bottom right)
