DIY Silencer! Machining a Monocore - Part 3 Widget37

Let's make our own 22LR monocore silencer! Having received a Form 1 from the ATF, this video series walks through the silencer design in CAD, turning on the Tormach CNC slant bed lathe, milling the monocore on the Tormach PCNC 1100 and a slew of other fun machining and fabrication projects including sheet metal forming, threading, tapping, deep hole drilling, cerakote and more!

In Part 3, we're machining and threadmilling the end cap then using the Tormach's hidden Sheet Metal Slip Roll feature to make the two sheet metal clam shells!

The big question will be: how well does it work! Let's find out!
