How I got over my fears?

Live beyond boundaries they say, but HOW!!! It's not so simple to be scared of heights one day, and to be jumping out of a plane the other, only because "it's all in your head", and because "you're greater than your fears". It's easier said than done right?

I strongly believe that one must explore themselves, but it's not very simple to get OVER your fears, BUT definitely possible to have fun while doing it.

My life mantra is to have fun, no matter what you do. I'm always scared of most things, but I'm having the most fun from it always.

Test yourself every day, challenge yourself and wake up with a newer you. Shock your reflection every day when you look in the mirror. There's no better feeling than winning against yourself. You're a champion either ways!
