Some 45 boaters rescued on stormy Lake Como | ABS-CBN News

The Italian Coast Guard said it conducted a series of rescue operations on Lake Como, saving dozens of boaters who found themselves in peril due to high waves and strong northwesterly winds.
It said 36 boaters were saved by naval units of the Coast Guard while another nine were rescued by firefighters and other rescue teams.
The rescue operations went into the night until early hours of the next day with wind gusts reaching 30 knots.
