How to Delete Files from a Mac

There comes a time you need to throw out the trash! On a MAC, it's sometimes scary. I know designers who place their wanted files in the trash, and then they wonder what happens to their files when I sit at their computers!

Keep your wanted files away from the trash, and the unwanted files in the trash (to be deleted forever).

1. Select File or folder—Drag to Trash Can in the Dock
2. Select File or folder—Click Command Delete
3. Under Finder—Empty Trash
4. Select File or folder—Right Click—Empty Trash
5. Open the trash Can—Click on Empty Top Right Corner—Click Empty Trash
