Vegetable stir fry with pineapple and rice

This is a vegetable stir fry with pineapple and rice cooked on a Blackstone griddle. Sorry about all the motion, I was trying to cook one handed and film with the other lol. I don't really have a recipe for this, I just made it up as I went along so all measurements are an estimate. Hope y'all enjoy!
