Mixed Use Commercial Project- Architecture Thesis

Thesis Project:
India, a fast growing economy with a population of 137 crore out of which 34% reside in urban areas to cater to their daily needs.

On an average, and Indian working man spends 7% of the day in commuting to their respective offices reaching up to 2.5 hours for many. Many among them even compromise on their personal requirements and needs to settle in this daily lifestyle.

The aim was to create a holistic building which successfully amalgamates all the aspects of daily lifestyle of an office working person, be it self grooming, child care, entertainment, shopping, fitness, food or accommodation.

With eCommerce business such as Zomato, Uber, Naukri.com etc. Emerging in India exponentially, to cater the specific requirements of these companies, the building will also house IT enabled platforms such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture etc. as well to provide the technological support needed by these E-Commerce platforms.
