Lewis Hamilton has said it was 'a really sad day for everyone' after F2 driver Anthoine Hubert died during a race at the Belgian Grand Prix meeting. The 34-year-old Hamilton admitted the news had given him a sleepless night and encouraged race organisers to improve the safety of the cars.
