Libraries have been missing from Luminar from the start. Finally, in December 2018 Skylum have released Luminar 3 and have added this feature. What a difference it makes. No more bouncing between windows to view and edit multiple images. You can now stay within the one piece of software.

This video looks at the brand new DAM feature and looks at whether they've got it right or not.
