New Scroll Behavior Feature in Thrive Architect for WordPress

In building our headers feature for landing pages, we noticed that there were certain header layouts we couldn't build the way we wanted to. To improve this, we've added a new "Scroll Behavior" setting to most elements in Thrive Architect (outside of headers, too), which allows you to make any element "sticky" as the visitor scrolls down the page.
