What is Churn and how to build a Churn Model (Data Terms Explained)

Often as a data analyst you encounter terms which you are unsure of. One of those terms is Churn or Churn Model. You will be required to create a chun model when a business wants to know which customers are likely to leave them. This is a powerful model which can help marketers retain customers.
