Brexit Port Problems: Majority of Lorries Empty

The disruption in our transport network is getting even worse as a result of brexit. The number of lorries passing through Dover continues to be much lower than it normally would and double the usual proportion of them are empty. So the majority of lorries are not carrying any goods at all. Business groups have contacted the government to ask them to take urgent action.
