COD FISH Cake (Fritters): Portuguese Recipe : Cooking with Spices

Codfish Cake (Fritters)

20 to 25 fritters

Ingredients:

Olive Oil- to taste
Cod fish - 2 pieces ( around 400 gr)
Potatoes- 2 big size
Onion- 2
Bay leaf- 1
Chopped garlic- 1 tsp
Eggs- 2 (need to separate the yolk from egg whites)
Ground black pepper to taste (i like to use a lot)
Chopped parsley and coriander to taste
Salt (taste before adding salt, bacause cod is already salted)
Flour (You only need to add flour if you´re not going to fry

straight away)
