Sindhi Kadhi is a traditional Sindhi dish known for its unique blend of tangy and spicy flavors. Unlike other types of kadhi that use yogurt as a base, Sindhi Kadhi is made with gram flour (besan) and tamarind pulp, giving it a distinctive sour taste. It is typically loaded with seasonal vegetables such as drumsticks, okra (bhindi), potatoes, carrots, and beans, all simmered in a thick, flavorful gravy tempered with curry leaves and chilies.
