high protein matcha ice cream 🍦🍵
recipe (makes one tub)
- 250ml of almond milk
- 3/4 can of coconut milk
- 2 tsps of matcha (sieved)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsps of maple syrup
method:
place all of your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. pour the mixture into your creami tub, put on the lid and freeze for 24 hours.
once frozen put your ice cream in the ninjacreami and choose the lite ice cream setting and spin. take the ice cream out and pour in a splash more milk and respin in the creami for a perfect texture. enjoy 🍦🍵
