These are my 10 top secret (just kidding not so secret) acne advice and tips for you to try out, I am definitely not perfect nor is my skin, but i guarantee if I followed what I preached every single day i would have no texture, hormonal acne, pimples, black heads, white heads, etc ! if you want clear and bright and radiant skin then these tips tricks and advice is definitely the way to go. I like to use the Indian Healing Clay mask whenever I exfoliate my pores, Aztec Secret health and beauty bentonite clay mask. but I also use supplements like fibre pills, probiotics, multivitamins, zinc, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and sometimes I take Biotin. drink lots of water, and matcha !!! don't stress too much, also make sure you get enough sleep from 10 pm to 2 am! meditate , exercise, drink plenty of water, eat omega 3 from chia seeds, flaxseeds, selenium, zinc, clean your makeup brushes, never touch your face, make sure you take off all your makeup and cleanse well !
