Since I was about 5, I dreamed of the day I’d become a mom. Little did I know it was going to be such a long and difficult journey. I struggled so much with the thought that I’d never get to be a mom. Our journey included infertility, becoming licensed foster parents, reoccurring miscarriages, an adoption and a surprise twin pregnancy.

This world leaves us with so many different types of struggle and I’m here to say, whatever your struggle is in life, don’t lose hope because I have hope for you! And even if your story isn’t going the way you’d imagine, it doesn’t mean it’s over. Embrace the detours and believe the best is yet to come. :)

This is our baby story… my journey to motherhood. It’s a hard story to share, but wanted to share it for those of you going through something difficult and need a little hope, love & encouragement right now. Know that that your current situation is not your final destination. Keep fighting the good fight and hang in there… you are not alone!
