Peruvian food is not very easy to come by in China. While Colca, after trying it, seems more like a fusion of Peruvian, Spanish, and Chinese cuisines to me. It's still very tasty and I can taste that Latin flavor in it.

We started with a lime soda, refreshing, sour, and just kick things off and get my mouth watering.
The baked bread was pretty good. soft fluffy, but crispy on the outside, dipping in a bite a butter, amazing!
The salad was refreshing cold mix of corn, olive, purple cabbage and some other vegetables. No leafy greens but more like a salsa.
The soup was golden in color and buttery and creamy in taste. Very nice!
The black truffle mushroom ball basically tasted like a fried ball of mashed potato. Unfortunately I didn't taste much truffle nor mushroom in there.
The steak was top notch. tender juicy on the inside, slight char on the outside, and a layer of southwest (or South America) like seasoning. I enjoyed it a lot.
The best dish of the meal was the roasted chicken. Really phenomenal! Crispy skin on the ouside, tender juicy chicken inside, pack with flavors. Must try dish!
For desserts, we tried the caramel pudding and chocolate mousse. The caramel pudding was amazing. Eggy, milky and very smooth.

After dinner we walked along side the north bund and enjoyed some of the BEST night views of Shanghai. Across the river was the Oriental Pearl Tower and the wall street of Shanghai, full of sky scrappers. The the other side was the historic bund, the best view of Shanghai indeed!
