“Other dogs were barking, but he was quiet!” Sad dog from shelter can’t believe he’s getting adopted

People aren’t the only ones who dream of a happy family and a warm home. Dogs born on the street or thrown out of their house roam near the city's grocery stores, peering plaintively at the faces of customers entering and leaving the building. As if begging: “Take me home, I’ll be a good dog!” But, alas, most of the unfortunate animals remain homeless until the end of their hard life. Even if a dog ends up in an animal shelter, it doesn’t mean that all of its problems are over!
