The plane was shot down 17. December 1944. The wreck was found while roadwork near Cologne. Restored in Berlin and on display since 2018. The plane is a combination of wreck parts, Flugwerk parts and parts from other museums. Some parts are still missing, they are still working on the details. Thanks to the friendly warden for the little tour and the chance to film the cockpit.
