FossaSat Simulator - part 1!

Here's how it went getting a FossaSat Simulator and Ground Station up and running. We're using the RFM9x modules from Adafruit and a variety of embedded processors. Metro M4 Grand Central, Itsy Bitsy M4, and a Nano V3. There's a reference design for the Simulator for Arduino, but it didn't "just work" at first with the Nano and RFM9x.
