Working at Bath & Body Works

Extra information I forgot to mention:
-If you REALLY want to work at Bath and Body Works don't be annoying but be persistent if they don't call you back after a week. Like go to the store and follow up with the manager. Even make friends with the people that are currently working at the store.

-Dress code at my store was jeans, white polo or long sleeve, closed toed shoes and sandals with a back strap, apron that is given to you, and your name tag.

-Pay is a dollar over minimum wage and also based off of your experience. BB&W employees do not get paid commission. When the cashier asks for the name of the person that helped you, its to find out who is selling the most for the company.

-Employee discount is 30% off regular priced items. Can also be used at Victoria Secret, White Barn, and another limited brands partner.

-Yes you do have to remember where everything goes in the store and in about two or three weeks of working you'll even have every single product sold at bath and body works memorized. You might even have dreams of Mahogany Teakwood candles.

-Be creative in the interview! They look for someone who will be a team player, make profit, and give AMAZING customer service.

-The selling isn't hard if you truly love the products at bath and body works since you can genuinely tell the customer what your faves are and why! Also selling will come very easy for you if you over express positive feelings about the product and/or you're really good at improvising.
