The process of making a copper skull took about thee days. There are many steps involved in transforming a plastic object into copper metal. The video covers basic prep, wiring, cleaning, coating in conductive paint, electroplating, electroforming, deburring, dry and wet sanding, patina, and sealing.

Electroforming is an electro-chemical process that allows for a non-metallic object to become coated in Copper Metal.
