Orient Kamasu vs. Seiko Samurai | Which is the value king?

2-3 years ago there was a slew of videos claiming that the Seiko Samurai was one of the if not the best value diver under $400 out there. Since then the Samurai has become even more affordable ( it can now be found for under $300) on the gray market, but other watches have also come to the forefront in this highly competitive segment. Leading that contingent of contenders is the Orient Kamasu, which might be the best of the value heavy options for diver under $300. So I take look at both to try to determine which is the under $300 diver king.
